eCOLAB 4.0 students visit Cracow University of 📍 This week, the eCOLAB 4.0 consortium met in Vilnius, Lithuania

On 1 October 2026, the eCOLAB 4.0 partners held their Transnational Meeting in Vilnius (Lithuania), hosted by Vilniaus Kolegija at its Faculty of Technics.

🤝 Representatives from Universidad de Salamanca (Grupo de investigación TIDOP), Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences, Universidade Politécnica de Bragança, Wydział Mechaniczny Politechniki Krakowskiej im. T. Kościuszki and Grupo DEX came together to review project progress and plan the final stage of the project.

🏭 WP3: the shared database of the interoperable FabLab network is now complete. It includes 68 equipment items and resources across the four partner universities, from 3D printing and scanning to collaborative robots and advanced testing. Partners also agreed on a simple protocol for sharing these facilities.

🎓 WP4: we started preparing the Blended Intensive Programme “Industry 4.0 and Sustainable Future”, approved by the European Commission. Students will work online in international teams from March 2027 and then meet in Zamora (Spain) from 26 to 30 April 2027.
