The eCOLAB 4.0 consortium held its Third Transnational Meeting in Gijón, Asturias (Spain) from 14 to 16 April 2026, at the AS5Hub Building in the Technological and Scientific Park of Gijón.

Partners from Universidad de Salamanca, Vilniaus Kolegija / University of Applied Sciences, Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, Krakow University of Technology and Grupo DEX met to review the overall progress of the project, share key results achieved so far, and define the roadmap for the remaining activities in 2026.

A central focus of the meeting was Work Package 3, which aims to establish an interoperable network of FabLabs for sustainable digital manufacturing. Discussions addressed progress in the network design, coordination mechanisms among partners, and the integration of physical infrastructure with digital platforms.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration among partners and to align next steps for the successful implementation of the eCOLAB 4.0 project.
